Whole Chicken

  • Oven roasted method.  This is a favorite cooking method in our house.  It is an easy way to have multiple meals by using the leftover meat in things like soup, quesadillas, wrap, or salad.

 

Thighs, Drumsticks, & Wings

  • Much like the whole oven roasted chicken, we love these parts roasted in the oven as well.  Same 375 degree cooking temperature but with a faster cooking time.  Often we cook these in a 9x13 glass baking dish for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Just check your meat temperature to ensure it is done before serving. 

 

Chicken Stock
